The Code Secrets training program includes practical classes in Python programming, lectures on digital literacy, Internet architecture and the domain industry, as well as career guidance workshops.

The organizers of the project: Coordination center for TLD RU/РФ and the Academy of Innovative Education and Development with the support of the dot ДЕТИ (domain ‘children’ in english) and the Explore the Internet – Govern It project.

Program objectives:

• improvement of teachers' professional competencies in the field of using innovative approaches in teaching IT and programming
• increasing the chances of successful socialization and professional development of graduates of orphanages, boarding schools, small-scale and rural schools by mastering basic programming skills and knowledge of the basics of Internet technologies, developing algorithmic and logical thinking through the Python programming language

Among the tasks of the Code Secrets is to provide teachers with working algorithms and techniques for organizing classes on programming, the Internet and career guidance in the field of IT, and to provide students with knowledge in the field of digital technologies and skills for their effective use, to help form adequate self-esteem, increase self-confidence, cultivate independence and competence.
